Overview

The srm-elphel module is dedicated to the validation and the injection of the Elphel camera device data in the standard storage structure. In other word, in addition to the injection of the data in the structure, this module is also used to select data useful to be refined leaving other data in the specific raw data structure.

The srm-module is the part of the specific srm-modules that consider camera device raw data as their source classification. It then differs from other srm-modules in the way no source data node has to be provided, the module knowing itself where to search raw data.

Presentation

The usage of this module is extremely simple requiring only the standard storage structure mount point and a collection of MMSR addresses. In other words this module does not require any specific parameter in addition to those provided by the standard interface.

Demonstration

Considering raw data coming from an Elphel camera device, the module usage can be simply illustrated by the following command :

srm-elphel --mount-point /path/to/storage\
           --address 00-0e-64-08-1b-6e/1400683811/1400683814/\
           1400683880_023612-1400684950_023612\
           --address 00-0e-64-08-1b-6e/1400683811/1400683814/\
           1400684000_023612-1400684104_023612

On this example, the module extract two ranges of pose of the raw data coming from an Elphel camera device and inject them in the standard storage structure in order to allow them to be refined with subsequent srm-modules.
