What it does

Adds a Yoast SEO-shaped plugin validator case for duplicate wp_yoast_indexable canonical permalink groups. When source and target independently add indexables for the same object type and URL, ForkPress now has a focused regression proving the merged candidate stays reviewable with a plugin logical permalink identity.

Rationale

wp_yoast_indexable is a plugin-owned semantic index. Generic row merging can keep every row valid at SQLite level while still producing a plugin-invalid SEO graph, such as multiple canonical rows for the same URL. That needs to be caught by validator evidence, not by ID rewriting.

Implementation

The existing Yoast fixture validator now groups wp_yoast_indexable rows by object_type and permalink, records plugin-yoast-indexable-duplicate-permalink findings, and exposes the conflicting candidate rows in the audit payload. The docs note this as another real-plugin semantic gate.

Testing instructions

php -l tests/cow/plugin_validator.php
php tests/cow/plugin_validator.php

Local result: tests/cow/plugin_validator.php passed 453 assertions.
