What it does

Adds a Yoast SEO-shaped plugin validator case for wp_yoast_indexable_hierarchy rows that point at a deleted child or ancestor indexable. The merge leaves the plugin-owned hierarchy edge reviewable and preserves target-side hierarchy edits for audit.

Rationale

Yoast indexable hierarchy rows are a plugin-owned graph. SQLite can merge the table rows without knowing that an edge now points at a missing indexable, so the validator needs to detect the incoherent graph explicitly.

Implementation

The existing Yoast fixture now creates wp_yoast_indexable_hierarchy, checks each hierarchy row against wp_yoast_indexable, and records plugin-yoast-indexable-hierarchy-missing-node findings with a structured plugin logical identity. The docs list this as additional real-plugin semantic coverage.

Testing instructions

php -l tests/cow/plugin_validator.php
php tests/cow/plugin_validator.php

Local result: tests/cow/plugin_validator.php passed 462 assertions.
