What it does
Adds
docs/conflict-review.md, a concise workflow guide for reviewing ForkPress merge conflicts from CLI and wp-admin.Rationale
Conflict handling now has first-class history, tree, audit, review, revalidation, source/target, apply-reviewed, and plugin-driver flows. Those paths need one discoverable guide instead of scattered command references.
