Mod Overview
Farbound is a curated pack. Every mod earns its place by serving the theme (vehicles, exploration, coziness) or by keeping the pack running smoothly. This page gives an overview by category; the full, versioned list is always visible on the Modrinth project page.

Create: Aquatic Ambitions (ships), Create: Submarine (submarines), plus Create addons for propulsion, radar navigation, chunk-loading contraptions, trains (with performance-threaded ticking), hypertubes, elevators, and jetpacks.
Terralith and Tectonic shape vast, dramatic continents. Oh The Biomes We've Gone, Nature's Spirit, and friends add new biomes; Better Nether and Better End overhaul the other dimensions. Underground, YUNG's Cave Biomes, Spelunkery, and Galosphere keep caving interesting.
The YUNG's Better series rebuilds vanilla structures, while When Dungeons Arise, Dungeons & Taverns, Valhelsia Structures, and the Luki's series add large, hand-crafted destinations. Lootr makes all structure loot instanced per player.
Hybrid Aquatic and Ecologics fill the seas with life; Dungeons Arise: Seven Seas adds shipwrecks and underwater dungeons worth diving for.
Farmer's Delight and its addon family (Chef's, Nether's, End's, and more), the Let's Do series (Bakery, Brewery, Vinery, Herbal Brews, Farm & Charm), and Create kitchen automation via Central Kitchen and Slice and Dice.
Furniture (Handcrafted, Macaw's series, Valhelsia Furniture), block variety (Chipped, Rechiseled, Supplementaries), photography (Exposure), instruments (Immersive Melodies, Pipe Organs), camping (Camping, Comforts), plushies, and a full ambient audio stack (Ambient Sounds, Sound Physics Remastered, Presence Footsteps).
Antique Atlas (map as an item), Explorer's and Nature's Compass, Distant Horizons (optional LOD rendering, see Performance and Settings), and Traveler's Titles.
FTB Quests with FTB Teams for shared progress, plus quest-type extensions and CraftTweaker for recipe integration.
A full optimization stack: Sodium, Lithium, ModernFix, C2ME, FerriteCore, EntityCulling, ImmediatelyFast, and many more, plus Iris for shader support (with caveats, see Performance and Settings) and quality-of-life mods like EMI (recipe browser), Jade (block info), and improved tooltips throughout.
