Energy Drawer
The Energy Drawer holds Forge Energy (FE) the way a Functional Storage drawer holds items: a lot of it, in one block, in your wall of drawers.

Any planks work. The Framed Energy Drawer has its own recipe.
An Energy Drawer holds 500,000 FE with no upgrades. Functional Storage's Storage Upgrades multiply that, and all four upgrade slots count: see Upgrades for the full table. A drawer with four Netherite upgrades holds 2,048,000,000 FE.
Energy is counted in 64 bits, so a drawer can hold far more than the 2,147,483,647 FE that most energy blocks stop at, if a pack's config allows it. See Compatibility for what other mods see.
- The energy cube. Every drawer has a small energy cube turning inside its window. Its glowing core is how full the drawer is: no core when it is empty, a faint slow one when it is low, a bright fast one when it is full. The core is drawn at full brightness, so a wall of drawers reads in the dark.

The number. The bottom of the front shows the charge and the capacity, for example
250K/500K. - The fill bar. Functional Storage's Configuration Tool can add the usual drawer indicator bar.
- The screen. Open the drawer to see its charge, its capacity and its upgrade slots.
The Configuration Tool can hide the number and the cube, like on any other drawer.
- In: any cable, machine or generator that outputs Forge Energy can fill it, from any side. There is no input limit.
- Out: the drawer pushes energy into the blocks next to it on its own, because almost nothing in the Forge Energy world pulls. By default it hands out up to 1/200 of its capacity every 4 ticks, shared between its neighbours. A bigger drawer moves more. Energy Drawers never push into each other. All of this is in the Configuration.
A broken Energy Drawer keeps its charge and its upgrades, like any Functional Storage drawer keeps its items. The tooltip shows how much it holds.
