Roadmap

A key part of the Phenopipe system is the IAP server.

On this instance the actual image analysis is performed by using IAP. We integrated this great analysis platform into an automated workflow so you have minimal effort on your side to run multiple analyses on your images.

IAP Analysis is always performed on all snapshots for a given timestamp.

Requirements

• *nix operating system
  • Tested on Scientific Linux 6
• Java Runtime Environment 1.7 or greater
• MongoDB 3.4

Analysis Pipelines

You can upload your own IAP pipelines you created and tuned for your experiments and they will be available for selection in the web interface before starting an analysis on a timepoint. For creation and tuning of IAP pipelines please refer to the original documentation.

To create these pipelines you need an IAP installation or you use Pipelines created by other people.
