3D rendering

ISETBio can compute the retinal image formed by a 3D scene, using the sceneEye object and ray-tracing tools implemented in ISET3D. Scene assets, ray-tracing setup, Docker configuration, local vs. remote rendering, and the rendering-engine API are ISET3D's domain and are documented there:

This wiki (ISETBio) covers only the human-optics and retinal-image side of that pipeline - what the rendered retinal irradiance means for vision modeling, and how it feeds ISETBio's cone mosaic and RGC tools. See Human optics 3D.
