Minutes

1. Discussed options for zoom recording (when Melissa isn't available to record the calls).

2. Blog/promotions for Roadmap issues coming soon. Use roadmap and meta-issue tags on issues as appropriate.

3. Meta-issues/use-cases developed a few years ago are nearly all fulfilled!

4. Recent activity -- Thank you to all contributors! This was a great, productive week.

   1. taxonomy_term.resource_types.default already exists. A mis-named config file was preventing install. This is resolved.
   2. Create and populate a MARC Relators vocabulary completed.
   3. Support additional RDF types based on a configurable field is in progress and will complete the task related to 893 as well.
   4. Remaining work on 893/889 issue is to create a GUI where instead of an auto-complete, you will soon be able to select other nodes in a form.
   5. Files can now be posted up to Drupal, so Update to Drupal 8.6 will involve remove some of the unique code in current CLAW.
   6. Work on Content Browser is nearly complete. A file browser is a desirable feature as well, but likely less useful than a content browser for our purposes.

5. New Issues

   1. Claw-playbook solr server configuation fail.
      • Is the issue with Ubuntu 18.04, or with another dependency?
      • "For Beginners" in process (https://github.com/Islandora-Devops/claw-playbook/pull/74)

   4. Dates questions from MIG Group. Seth-shaw...the EDTF accepts any plain text. The wigit if enabled will for the string to be EDTF compliant, and if you have EDTF then you can use the form-builder to change how it will be displayed. (https://github.com/Islandora-CLAW/islandora_demo/pull/2)
   5. Regarding the loss of key date attributes in the current mapping, Views would replace key date functionality, in theory, but there aren't any views that currently require a "key" date.

Related Note: When this ticket is resolved (https://github.com/Islandora-CLAW/CLAW/issues/921) it will be easier to vagrant up a machine with new features.
