What you see	Why, and what to do
No answer when adding it	A wrong address or port (Jellyfin and Emby use 8096).
Quick Connect is off	Turn it on in Jellyfin (Dashboard › General), or use a password.
A new film isn't offered	The server lacks its IMDb or TMDB id, or it's new: Reload the server.
No address of … answered (Plex)	The server is off, or neither on your network nor reachable from the internet (its Remote Access).
No pictures above the marker (Plex)	Turn on Generate video preview thumbnails for the library on the server.
