Shared Sections

Near the beginning of each message, after the differing first trigram, there are trigram values that exactly match in several messages. The lengths of these shared sections vary by message, with the longest ones being about 24 characters in the first 3 messages (East 1, West 1, East 2). These shared sections are almost certainly shared plaintext.
