Lyra Remote is a browser desk for Lyra. Lyra stays the rig. This page connects straight to the Lyra that is already running, on your own network. No outside server carries the link.
| What | Where |
|---|---|
| Lyra, the radio | Lyra releases |
| This page | Lyra Remote releases |
Unzip Lyra-Remote.zip and double-click Open Lyra Remote.cmd. The browser opens http://127.0.0.1:4173/ on the computer you are sitting at. Leave the small server window open.
The page is not inside the Lyra installer. Install Lyra on the radio computer. Copy this folder to each computer where you want the desk.
- Receiver: VFO A and VFO B, step tuning, click-to-tune, mode, filter, split, bands, spectrum, waterfall, and Listen.
- Second receiver: SUB adds RX2 mode, filter, bands, S-meter, Vol 2, and Mute 2.
- Transmit: Start voice, then MOX or Tune. TX RF is the radio's transmit percent. RF out, SWR, Mic, and ALC are the readings under that slider.
- Layout: the arrow buttons dock each section left, right, or full width. This browser remembers the arrangement.
The idea of a no-install browser TCI client comes from Brent N9BC.
- Setup — this computer, and another computer on the house network
- How the desk works — tuning, audio, spectrum, layout
- Transmit — voice, microphone, TX RF, meters
- Digital programs — MSHV, WSJT-X, and the password
- Security — who may connect, and the password
- A newer copy — how the page tells you a release is out
Lyra Remote is a separate package. The radio is Lyra.
