Runtime

AXIOM's runtime surface is a small local HTTP daemon. It exposes the same read-only project and machine context that the CLI uses.

Start it

axiom daemon --host 127.0.0.1 --port 0

Port 0 asks the operating system for an available port. AXIOM prints the loopback URL and keeps the process attached to the terminal.

The daemon is read-only and loopback-only by default. A non-loopback bind is rejected unless --allow-network is explicitly supplied. Stop it with Ctrl-C.

The daemon is not an inference server, hosted backend, account service, or browser control center.
