Per-Server Logins
Every server has its own accounts, but the game remembers only one login per profile - so
switching servers used to mean typing name and password again.
The plugin keeps one saved login per server. It is always on, there's nothing to set up.
The game's own file <profile>0.pro (in its save folder) stays as it is.
Each server gets its own file next to it: <profile>0_<hash>.pro (the hash is the same for the
same Host).
While a server has no file yet, the login from <profile>0.pro is shown. After the first
successful login on that server, it is saved for that server.
Changing the server or the game profile while the game runs: the login screen loads the
matching login when it opens.
Deleting a game profile also deletes its per-server files.
Server changed while the login screen was already open? That login then fails (like an
unreachable server) instead of sending the other server's login. Just open the login screen again.
