Troubleshooting

"Check your Internet connection" when going online

• The plugin isn't loaded: dinput8.dll must be in the game folder and NFSUServerChanger.asi in scripts. On Linux also see Linux (ASI loader).

Login fails

• Accounts only exist on the server they were created on.
• The server was changed while the login screen was open: open it again (Per-Server Logins).

Race doesn't start

• See Hole Punching.

"This .exe is not supported"

• The plugin needs NFSU v1.4 (North American, European or Russian release).

Linux: crash with "Failed to create a socket of type SOCK_RAW"

• The plugin isn't loaded - see Linux.
