House Boat

• Living in a boat- there are waters that are comparable to B.L.M. land. In a place suitable for a house boat, you might be able to put a lightweight tiny house on a pontoon, which doesn’t look difficult to build. • So I had this idea for a loan train on Kiva, it's like gofundme but for loans. Basically, the amount is the down-payment on an FHA housing loan for a multi-family home. The amount of the loan is paid back in rent, which is then used as a loan for another multi-family home. The rent is cheap, and catered to housing people who are disabled.
