Rimebell
A soft chime of frost and open water. The Rimebell belongs to snowfields, frozen peaks, and the endless ocean. Attune to it and the cold can never touch you — you skate across the sea, leap skyward on pillars of ice, and leave a chill that freezes anything foolish enough to come close.

⚡ Frost Leap (Tier III, ~9s cooldown): launch skyward atop a pillar of ice that cracks away beneath you (Overwatch Mei-style) — and leaves no water behind.
The Rimebell thrives in the cold — snowy biomes, frozen oceans, and icy peaks keep it growing, and being fully frozen (safely, since you're immune) counts too. Its enemy is heat: the Nether or nearby fire, lava, and forge blocks make it sulk. Keep it chilly and far from flame.

The Rimebell is the ocean voyager and crowd-controller. Frost Walk and Dolphin's Grace turn the sea into a highway, Frost Leap gives you explosive vertical escape, and Frostbite + the Frost Aura lock down anything that tries to swarm you. It's the fairy for exploration across water and for winning fights by making enemies too slow to matter.
