🔮 The Connection Table

The Fairy Connection Table is where a fairy scroll bonds to its fairy. Slot in a scroll, and it slowly fills with attunement points until it's ready to attune. A well-built shrine around the table connects scrolls dramatically faster.

It's about as tough as an Enchanting Table — mine it with a pickaxe.

Using It

Right-click the table to open its screen:

  • Scroll slot — place the fairy scroll you want to connect.
  • Connection: % — progress toward being fully connected.
  • Environment: × — your current speed multiplier (hover it for a hint on what to add).

Take the scroll back out of the slot any time. Progress is stored on the scroll itself, so you can pull it out, carry it around, and drop it back in later (even into a different table) — it picks up right where it left off.

The table only ticks while its chunk is loaded — i.e. while you're in the area.

Connection Time

A bare table (1× environment) takes about 3 in-game days (~1 real-world hour) to finish one scroll.

The Environment × divides that time directly:

Environment Time to connect
1× (bare) ~3 in-game days
~1 in-game day
6× (max) ~half an in-game day (~10 min)

So building a good shrine is the difference between an hour and ten minutes.

Building a Shrine (the Environment Multiplier)

Each tick, the table scans a 7×7×7 area (3 blocks in every direction) and adds up two kinds of bonus:

Bonus Per block Caps at
🌿 Universal nature (any fairy) +0.05 +2.0
Fairy's own theme +0.10 +3.0

Start at 1.0×, add both, and the total is capped at 6.0×.

Pro tip: some blocks count for both. A flower next to a Brambleknot table gives +0.05 (nature) and +0.10 (garden) = +0.15. Stack dual-purpose blocks to hit the cap faster.

🌿 Universal nature (every fairy likes these)

Flowers, leaves, and crops (all types), plus: grass & ferns, all saplings & propagules, azalea, moss block & carpet, and water.

✨ Fairy-specific themes

🌿 Brambleknot Flowers & crops, moss, bee nest & beehive, azalea, grass block, composter, hay block, sweet berry bush, saplings
🦇 Nettleshade All sculk blocks, deepslate & cobbled deepslate, cobweb, soul sand & soul soil, obsidian & crying obsidian, amethyst block

⚙️ Cogmite Redstone (dust, block, lamp, torches, repeater, comparator), levers, pistons, observers, dispensers/droppers/hoppers, copper & iron blocks, lightning rod

To max out at : cap the theme bonus (~30 theme blocks) and the nature bonus (~40 nature blocks) within the 7×7×7 around the table.

When It's Done

Once the scroll reads Connected ✦, take it out and you're ready to attune. Hold it and hold right-click to bond the fairy — see Attunement & Progression.
