Bug reports

Report bugs through GitHub Issues or #bug-report on Discord.

Include:

  • TcNo Account Switcher version
  • Windows version
  • Affected platform
  • Exact toast, error text, or crash message
  • Steps that reproduce the issue
  • Whether the app was running as administrator
  • Whether offline mode was enabled

Useful extras:

  • Run with --log-level=debug and include the relevant console output.
  • On crash, attach CrashDump.json if it was created.
  • From the thumbs-down feedback form, enable Send log to attach the redacted action log.

Do not paste raw tokens, cookies, account IDs, or private paths into public issues.

On Discord, do not message users directly. Use the public support channels so fixes are visible to maintainers.

Suggestions

Request features through GitHub Issues or #feature-requests on Discord.

Good suggestions name the workflow, the platform, and the part that slows you down. Screenshots or short recordings help when the request is about UI behavior.
