Common errors
Use Ctrl+F to find the exact toast or error text.
Placeholders:
-
<platform>: platform name -
<account>: account id
Files under {UserData}\LoginCache\<platform> are locked or cannot be written.
Close the target platform, check antivirus locks, and run as administrator if the data path is protected.
The login files listed in Platforms.json are missing.
Log into the platform normally, quit cleanly, then use Save Current. Compare the live paths with {UserData}/Platforms.json if the launcher recently updated.
WebView2 is missing or damaged.
Repair Microsoft Edge/WebView2 from Windows Settings, or reinstall WebView2 Evergreen.
A second launch could not pass arguments to the running app through the Windows named pipe.
Close the existing instance from the tray, use the open window, or restart the stuck process.
No account has been swapped yet, or the tray recent-account list was cleared.
Swap to an account once. Then configure the per-platform tray count in platform Settings.
The tray is built into TcNo-Acc-Switcher.exe; there is no separate tray app.
Old BattleTag validation expected Name#1234.
Overwatch stats now use Game statistics, with username transforms defined in GameStats.json.
Per Epic support, add this to %LocalAppData%\EpicGamesLauncher\Saved\Config\Windows\Engine.ini:

ForceNonSslCdn=false%ProgramData%\Riot Games\RiotClientInstalls.json contains stale install paths.
Remove entries for Riot games you no longer have installed.

The SteamID is not in loginusers.vdf. The account has not logged in on this PC.
Use Add New, sign in, and enable Remember Password.
The account was saved after Discord was force-killed, or Discord's own logout button was used.
Quit Discord from the tray, then use Save Current again. See Platform Discord.

- Use the in-app feedback form with Send log enabled, or open a GitHub issue.
- Include steps to reproduce, whether the app ran as administrator, and
CrashDump.jsonif one was created.
