Every material edit should answer: What is the source? Is it current? Who has authority? Could guidance be mistaken for authorization? Does it expose private or security-sensitive information?
- Clear title and scope
- What readers need to know
- Practical workflow
- Limits / authority note
- Authoritative references
Prefer stable official sources, meaningful link text, visible revision notes, and tested internal links. Never replace a controlled document with a wiki transcription.
| Content | Suggested review |
|---|---|
| Prices, contacts, live services | Each season and after reports |
| Fleet/status claims | Each season and after fleet changes |
| Operations/safety references | After every approved revision |
| Governance documents | After member/board action |
| Educational pages | Annual review |
Use concise commits. Preserve useful history. If a fact is uncertain, mark it for verification rather than turning an assumption into policy.
