Membership

FLSC membership is participation, not merely access to aircraft. Members help create the flying day: staging equipment, running wings, recording launches, caring for facilities, and gradually qualifying for additional responsibilities.

Paths into the club

Path Designed for
Regular membership Adults pursuing ongoing flying and club participation
Junior membership Younger participants under current eligibility rules
Three-flight introductory membership Prospective members testing the training experience
Guest membership Eligible visiting pilots under current policy

What membership normally includes

  • Club training and operating opportunities subject to scheduling and qualification
  • Aircraft use under current checkout, currency, and authorization rules
  • Participation in ground operations and club life
  • Protected schedules and member services
  • Shared responsibility for a safe, sustainable volunteer organization

Costs can change. Use the current membership page and confirm before making a financial decision. Volunteer instructors do not normally charge for their time, but operational costs apply.

Applications are indexed in the Document Library. Submission does not by itself establish membership or flight authorization.
