What does this PR do?

Updates @ai-sdk/cerebras from 2.0.41 to 2.0.60, which includes the Cerebras provider request transform for replayed assistant reasoning.

The old Cerebras SDK path inherited the shared OpenAI-compatible history serializer and sent prior assistant reasoning as:

{ "role": "assistant", "reasoning_content": "..." }

Cerebras rejects that field on follow-up turns. The updated provider rewrites it to the Cerebras-supported field:

{ "role": "assistant", "reasoning": "..." }

Also adds a session LLM regression test that captures the actual Cerebras chat request body and asserts assistant reasoning is replayed as reasoning, not reasoning_content.

Note: 2.0.60 is the newest Cerebras SDK release admitted by the repo's Bun minimum-release-age policy right now; newer 2.0.62 has the same fix but is still blocked by that policy.
