Fixes dev CI install failures in Setup Bun.\n\nThe old root node-gyp@12.4.0 pin was added as a workaround for Node 20 runners resolving node-gyp@latest. After #35076, CI sets up Node 24 before bun install, so the latest node-gyp path is viable again. Keeping node-gyp pinned at the root now breaks Bun's install-time layout: tree-sitter-powershell invokes node-gyp while Bun has placed node-gyp under node_modules/.bun without its dependencies resolvable yet, producing missing env-paths/proc-log errors.\n\nThis removes the root node-gyp pin and regenerates bun.lock so node-gyp is only present through its normal scoped dependency entries.\n\nObserved failure:\n- https://github.com/anomalyco/opencode/actions/runs/28640217238/job/84934616244\n- Error: Cannot find module 'env-paths' from node-gyp during tree-sitter-powershell install\n\nVerification:\n- bun install --lockfile-only
