Follow-up to #35085. A CodeMode program failure (uncaught error, parse error, uncaught child-tool failure) now fails the
executetool call with a real error state instead of returning a completed result withmetadata.error: true.Why
isErrorthrows and errors the part;executereporting its program failure as a completed part was the odd one out.executecalls now stay visible when "hide tool details" is on and render through the standard failed-tool machinery (red row, expandable error), with no metadata special-casing.executesuccessful; an uncaught one fails the program and therefore the tool.The error message keeps the same composition as the old output: diagnostic message + deduplicated hints +
Logs:section. Errors die at the execute boundary viaEffect.orDie, matchingapply_patch. Cancellation still returns a completed result ("Execution cancelled.") since prompt teardown is not a tool failure.Verification
