Arcane Towers

Four sealed tower dungeons rise from the Overworld, one for each biome family.

Each tower is a two-part expedition. You climb it floor by floor, then drop down its sealed central shaft into the dungeon hidden underneath, defeat the guardian, and escape through the Exit Stone. Until you use the Exit Stone the tower is sealed: you cannot dig through its walls, build your way up, or blow it open.

Versions

Minecraft Loader Arcane Towers Branch
1.21.1 NeoForge 21.1.259 1.0.1 minecraft/1.21.1/neoforge-21.1.259/main

NeoForge only, and 1.21.1 only.

What it adds

Exactly one item and one block: the Exit Stone. Everything else is generated terrain: four tower structures, their dungeons, their loot tables and the guardians that guard them. It adds no entities of its own — every creature comes from Majestic Bestiary.

Structures 4 towers, 60 pieces, 44 template pools
Loot tables 8 (one floor table and one vault table per tower)
Block arcane_towers:exit_stone
Commands none
Configuration none of its own

Requirements

Minecraft 1.21.1
NeoForge 21.1.259 or newer
Java 21

Required on both the client and the server, together with Expedition Core, Majestic Bestiary and GeckoLib 4.7.6. All are installed as separate mods; nothing is bundled. It does not require Majestic.

In development

This is the 1.0.0 release. On steep slopes the base of a tower can still float or bury — a rock base is included to soften that.

Where to start
