The Exit Stone
Applies to Arcane Towers 0.0.0-beta.6 for Minecraft 1.21.1 (NeoForge).
The Exit Stone is the only way out of a tower, and the only way to break its seal.
Right-clicking the Exit Stone in the deepest hall of a tower:
- Breaks the tower's seal. The structure becomes editable: you can now break and place inside it. Other towers stay sealed.
- Teleports you to the surface, just outside the tower — two blocks north of its centre line, standing on the first solid ground that blocks movement.
- Plays the enderman teleport sound, with portal particles.
The message "The tower's seal is broken." appears on the action bar.
Once you have used it, the stone keeps working. Right-clicking it takes you straight back out to the surface, every time. It stays where it is in the now-unsealed tower, so you can leave and come back as often as you like.
The stone does nothing outside a tower. Right-clicking it tells you so:
The stone is silent here.
This is what makes the block safe to place or trade: it is inert in the world until it is the real Exit Stone of a tower.
| Property | Value |
|---|---|
| Block id | arcane_towers:exit_stone |
| Slabs | Two blocks tall — the lower half and the upper half are separate block states |
| Facing | North, east, south or west |
| Light level | 5 |
| Blast resistance | 50.0 / 1200.0 |
| Needs the correct tool | Yes |
It has eight block-state variants, two models and two textures — plain stone and a rune overlay. It sits in the mod's own creative tab, Arcane Towers.
The Exit Stone is not craftable and is not obtainable in survival. It belongs to the tower: break one out of a sealed tower and the block itself is just a decorative two-block piece of stone with no exit behaviour, because it only functions while it is the placement a tower generated.
There is no recipe for it and no loot table that contains it.
