English

Projects comes as a preview. It sorts the mail of the Mail mailboxes you choose into projects, explains each email with the files of its project and drafts your replies, all on your Mac with the local model. It is off until you turn it on in Settings, Projects, and it may still change. Live Captions now say what they hear and when they wait.

• Add your projects with their folders and people, and Projects sorts each new email into its project. An email that fits no project waits in Needs a Project. Newsletters and other mail sent to a list or by a machine go to Set Aside, unless a project's people, domains, rules, linked mailbox or threads tie them to it. Suggested Projects proposes projects from the mail in Needs a Project, and a click on one opens New Project filled in for you.
• Click Explain, and the local model lists what an email says, with sources in the project's files, the email's attachments and earlier mail, and the questions only you can decide. Explanations are in Chinese when Orra's language is Chinese, and in English for every other language, Japanese and Spanish included.
• When an email needs a reply, a draft follows in the email's language, Chinese or English. An email that Projects finds to be in another language, such as Japanese, gets no draft. Edit the draft yourself, or type what to change in the box under it and click Change Draft. With the cursor in that box, you can say it with the talk key instead, and the draft changes when you finish speaking. Open Reply in Mail opens Mail's reply window and puts the draft on the clipboard. Press ⌘V there, check the reply and send it yourself.
• Projects reads mail only through the Mail app and only while Mail is open, and works on it only with the local model. It never sends, moves or deletes mail and never connects to a mail server. Assigning, editing and deleting in Projects change only what it keeps on this Mac, never your mail in Mail. That data never leaves this Mac, and when you turn Projects off, you choose whether to keep it or delete it. Privacy details, in Settings, Projects, opens the privacy page, which lists what Projects reads and keeps.
• Projects needs a Mac with 16 GB of memory or more, the Mail app and the cleanup model of Clean Up Text. If this Mac does not have the model yet, Orra asks before it downloads it (3.05 GB). When macOS asks, allow Orra to control Mail. Then choose the mailboxes and click Start Reading Mail. No mail is read before that. Start Reading Mail opens the Projects window, and later you can open it from Orra's menu.
• The Projects window opens with How to Use Projects, the steps to make a project, explain an email and send the reply yourself in Mail. After Explain, the explanation and the draft come first, and the email itself follows under Original Email. Hide Explanation shows the email first, with the draft under it, and Show Explanation brings the explanation back.
• Dictation goes first. While you dictate or Live Captions run, Projects pauses its work on the model. The model sorts mail only while the Projects window is open. With the window closed, new mail is sorted by the rules only, and the model sorts the rest once you open the window again.
• With Live Captions on and no caption yet, the caption window now says that captions show what the Mac plays, such as a call or a video, and not what you say into your microphone. While you dictate, it says that captions wait and catch up when you finish. The note about no sound from the Mac now also shows when no audio arrives at all, such as while nothing plays. It says to allow Orra under Screen & System Audio Recording if something is playing.

• 点按“解释”，本地模型会列出邮件的要点，注明出自项目文件、邮件附件还是以前的邮件，并列出只有你能决定的问题。Orra 的界面语言是中文时，解释用中文。界面语言是其他语言（包括日文和西班牙文）时，解释用英文。
• 需要回复的邮件会附上草稿，用邮件的语言（中文或英文）写成。“项目”判断为其他语言（例如日文）的邮件没有草稿。你可以直接修改草稿，也可以在草稿下方的框里写下要改什么，再点按“修改草稿”。光标在这个框里时，也可以改用说话键说出来，说完草稿就会修改。点按“在‘邮件’中打开回复”，“邮件”会打开回复窗口，草稿也已放到剪贴板上。在回复窗口中按 ⌘V，检查后由你自己发送。
• “项目”只通过“邮件” App 读取邮件，只在“邮件”打开时读取，也只用本地模型处理。它从不发送、移动或删除邮件，也从不连接邮件服务器。在“项目”里归入、编辑和删除，只会改动它保存在这台 Mac 上的数据，不会改动“邮件” App 里的邮件。这些数据不会离开这台 Mac，关闭“项目”时，你可以选择保留还是删除。点按设置的“项目”里的“隐私说明”，可以查看它读取和保存的内容。

Proyectos llega como vista previa. Clasifica en proyectos el correo de los buzones de Mail que elijas, explica cada correo con los archivos de su proyecto y redacta tus respuestas, todo en tu Mac con el modelo local. Está desactivado hasta que lo activas en Configuración > Proyectos, y todavía puede cambiar. Subtítulos en vivo ahora indica qué escucha y cuándo espera.

• Agrega tus proyectos con sus carpetas y personas, y Proyectos clasifica cada correo nuevo en su proyecto. Un correo que no encaja en ningún proyecto espera en Sin proyecto. English

Live Captions can show only what was said, have their own language and a shortcut, and keep the whole meeting for you to copy. Settings has new Dictation and Translation pages.

• At the top of the caption window, or under Captions show in Settings, Meeting Interpretation, you choose Original, Translated or Both. Original shows what was said without translating it, so it never loads or downloads the local model. Translated and Both are the two earlier modes under new names, and your choice stays.
• Live Captions have their own language, Translate captions into, at the top of the caption window and in Settings, Meeting Interpretation. It offers English and your dictation language, and Translate into no longer changes captions. A sentence already in that language shows as it was said, and every other one is translated into it. A sentence in neither language, such as Japanese while you dictate in Chinese, goes into English. After the update it is the language you fixed under Translate into, or with Automatic your dictation language. So with Automatic, a meeting in your dictation language now shows as it was said instead of in English. That includes a Chinese meeting when you read English but dictate in 中文（普通话和粤语）+ English. Choose English in the caption window to have it translated again.
• Copy All Captions, at the top right of the caption window, copies every sentence the way the window shows it, and its arrow offers the originals, the translations or both. Captions now stay in memory until you quit Orra, so Copy Captions in Orra's menu still copies them after you turn them off. Turning captions on again starts an empty window and keeps the last meeting under Copy Previous Captions. Like Copy Last Dictation, these copies stay on this Mac, now also when a dictation puts one back on the clipboard after its paste.
• The Live Captions shortcut, Control Option Command C (⌃ ⌥ ⌘ C) on any keyboard layout, turns captions on and off from any app. Change it, or turn it off with None, in Settings, General, Keys. If your talk key or translation key is that combination, or a combination of only its modifiers, such as Control and Option, the shortcut starts as None.
• The new Dictation page in Settings holds Dictation language, Clean Up Text with its rules, and, under Recognition, Learn from my corrections and Use names on screen (Beta). The Translation page holds the Translation switch, the Translation key row with Change…, and Translate into. The keys stay on General, with On screen hint, the sounds, Open at Login and Show Orra in the Dock under System. Double press for hands free is now Double press in Hold to keep recording, under Keys. It shows only while a key is in Hold, and the Talk Key menu no longer has it. Every setting that moved keeps its value.
• If you never turned Translation on, the translation key now starts in Press to start and stop. A tap of it alone starts a recording, so press it again or Escape to end one you did not mean. Option shortcuts still work. If you turned Translation on before, the key keeps its mode.
• Once Orra is set up, opening it shows Settings, unless Open at Login is on.
• A new install starts with your own language as the dictation language, such as 日本語 + English (Beta) on a Mac with English first and Japanese second. During setup it follows the language you pick for Orra in the welcome window, until you pick a dictation language. A dictation language you already have stays.
• When cleanup or translation runs past its time limit, Orra now pastes without it at once, instead of waiting up to a few seconds for the model to stop.
• Learn from my corrections no longer reads Orra's own windows, such as Settings.

实时字幕现在可以只显示原话，有了自己的语言和快捷键，还会保留整场会议供你拷贝。设置里新增了“听写”和“翻译”页面。

• 在字幕窗口顶部，或设置的“会议同传”里的“字幕显示”，可以选“原文”“译文”或“双语”。“原文”只显示说的原话，不翻译，所以不会加载或下载本地模型。“译文”和“双语”就是以前的两种显示方式，只是改了名字，你原来的选择保持不变。
• “实时字幕”有了自己的语言“字幕翻译成”，在字幕窗口顶部和设置的“会议同传”里。可选英文和你的听写语言，“翻译成”不再影响字幕。已经是这种语言的句子按原话显示，其他句子都翻译成这种语言。两种语言都不是的句子翻译成英文，比如听写语言是中文时的日语。更新后，它是你在“翻译成”里固定的语言，选的是“自动”时则是你的听写语言。所以原来选“自动”的话，用听写语言开的会现在按原话显示，不再翻译成英文。你看英文、听写语言却是“中文（普通话和粤语）+ English”时，中文会议也是这样。在字幕窗口里选“英文”，就会重新翻译。
• 字幕窗口右上角的“拷贝全部字幕”会按窗口的显示方式拷贝每一句，点按它的箭头还可以只拷贝原文、只拷贝译文或两者都拷贝。字幕现在会一直保存在内存里，直到你退出 Orra，所以关闭字幕后仍然可以用 Orra 菜单里的“拷贝字幕”拷贝。再次打开字幕时，窗口从空白开始，上一次会议保留在“拷贝上一次的字幕”里。和“拷贝上次听写”一样，这些拷贝只留在这台 Mac 上，现在听写粘贴后把它们放回剪贴板时也是如此。
• “实时字幕快捷键”在任何 App 中都能打开或关闭字幕，不论哪种键盘布局，默认都是 Control Option Command C（⌃ ⌥ ⌘ C）。可以在设置的“通用”里的“按键”中更改，点“无”可以关闭。如果你的说话键或翻译键正好是这个组合，或者是只由它的修饰键组成的组合，比如 Control 和 Option，快捷键就默认为“无”。

• キャプションウインドウの上部か、“設定”＞“会議通訳”の“キャプションの表示”で、“原文”、“訳文”、“両方”から選べます。“原文”は話された内容を翻訳せずに表示するので、ローカルモデルの読み込みやダウンロードは行いません。“訳文”と“両方”はこれまでの2つの表示の新しい名前で、選んでいた表示はそのまま変わりません。

• 新しくインストールした場合、音声入力の言語は自分の言語から始まります。たとえば、1番目が英語で2番目が日本語のMacでは“日本語 + English（ベータ版）”から始まります。セットアップ中は、音声入力の言語を選ぶまで、ようこそウインドウで選んだOrraの言語に合わせて変わります。すでに設定されている音声入力の言語は変わりません。
• 整文や翻訳が制限時間を超えた場合、Orraはモデルが止まるのを待たずに、整文や翻訳をしていないテキストをすぐにペーストするようになりました。これまでは、さらに数秒待つことがありました。
• “自分の修正から学習”は、設定など、Orra自身のウインドウを読み取らなくなりました。

Subtítulos en vivo ahora puede mostrar solo lo que se dijo, tiene su propio idioma y una función rápida de teclado, y conserva toda la reunión para que la copies. Configuración tiene nuevas páginas de Dictado y Traducción.

Orra 0.5.0

English

Orra comes in Japanese and Spanish, with dictation and translation in them as a beta, and a dictation can now run up to 5 minutes.

• Orra's menus and windows are now in Japanese and Spanish too. Orra follows the Mac, or you pick a language under Interface language in Settings, General. The Spanish is Latin American Spanish. The README, user guide and privacy page come in both languages, and the update window shows these notes in the language of Orra's interface.
• Dictation language in Settings, General picks the language you speak besides English: 中文（普通话和粤语）+ English, 日本語 + English (Beta) or Español + English (Beta). You can mix the two languages in one sentence. A Japanese or Spanish sentence is pasted as the speech model wrote it. Before, Orra was slow with such speech and sometimes pasted it translated into Chinese or English. With Japanese or Spanish, Clean Up Text and Learn from my corrections work on English sentences only for now. Pick Japanese or Spanish only if you dictate in it.
• Translation goes between English and your dictation language, so the translation key turns Japanese or Spanish into English, and English into your dictation language. Translate into offers Automatic, English and your dictation language. Live Captions translate the same way, and Speak Translations to Others speaks Japanese and Spanish translations too.
• A dictation can run up to 5 minutes instead of 1, with a countdown in the last 15 seconds. Orra transcribes a recording over a minute in pieces cut at pauses, which takes about 2 seconds per minute of speech on an M5 Pro, and up to twice as long in Chinese with a vocabulary.
• Use names on screen (Beta) in Settings, General is new and off until you turn it on. When you start a dictation, Orra gives the speech model the names in the text before the cursor and in the window title, so a name on the screen comes out spelled the same way. The text itself never goes to the model and is never saved. Orra never reads password fields, an app with secure input on, or the password managers 1Password, Bitwarden, KeePassXC, Apple's Passwords and Keychain Access. A known risk: when a name on the screen sounds like a different name you say, Orra may write the one on the screen.
• Meeting Interpretation has its own page in Settings, right below General, with all the settings of Live Captions and Speak Translations to Others. Translation stays on General.
• A new user's talk key starts in Press to start and stop, and the welcome window offers Hold and Double press. A talk key you set up before keeps its mode.
• In Cantonese 呃 is also the verb to cheat. In a Cantonese dictation, the filler rule now keeps a 呃 right next to another Chinese character, as in 佢呃咗我啲钱. With Clean Up Text on, the local model may still remove it.

Orra 有了日文和西班牙文界面，也可以用这两种语言听写和翻译（测试版），一次听写最长可达 5 分钟。

• Orra 的菜单和窗口新增了日文和西班牙文。Orra 默认跟随 Mac 的语言，也可以在设置的“通用”里用“界面语言”另选。西班牙文用的是拉丁美洲西班牙文。README、使用指南和隐私说明也有了这两种语言的版本，更新窗口会用 Orra 界面的语言显示更新说明。
• 设置的“通用”里新增了“听写语言”，用来选择英文之外你说的语言：“中文（普通话和粤语）+ English”“日本語 + English（测试版）”或“Español + English（测试版）”。一句话里可以混说这两种语言。日文或西班牙文的句子按语音模型写出的原文粘贴。以前 Orra 处理这类语音很慢，有时还会粘贴成中文或英文译文。选日文或西班牙文时，“整理文字”和“从我的修改中学习”目前只处理英文句子。只在你确实用日文或西班牙文听写时才选它们。
• 翻译在英文和你的听写语言之间进行，所以翻译键会把日文或西班牙文翻译成英文，把英文翻译成你的听写语言。“翻译成”可以选“自动”“英文”或你的听写语言。“实时字幕”也按同样的方式翻译，“为对方朗读译文”也能朗读日文和西班牙文译文。
• 一次听写最长可达 5 分钟（以前是 1 分钟），最后 15 秒指示条会倒数。超过 1 分钟的录音会在停顿处切成几段转写，在 M5 Pro 上每分钟语音大约要 2 秒，中文加上个人词库时最多再翻一倍。
• 设置的“通用”里新增了“使用屏幕上的名字（测试版）”，默认关闭。打开后，每次开始听写时，Orra 会从光标前的文字和窗口标题里找出名字，只把这些名字交给语音模型，让屏幕上的名字按同样的写法写出来。文字本身从不交给模型，也从不保存。Orra 从不读取密码框、开启了“安全输入”的 App，以及 1Password、Bitwarden、KeePassXC、Apple 的“密码”和“钥匙串访问”这几个密码管理器。已知风险：屏幕上的名字和你说的另一个名字读音相近时，Orra 可能写成屏幕上的那个。
• “会议同传”在设置里有了自己的页面，就在“通用”下面，“实时字幕”和“为对方朗读译文”的所有设置都在这里。“翻译”仍在“通用”里。
• 新用户的说话键默认是“按一下开始，再按一下结束”，在欢迎窗口里可以改成“按住”或“连按两下”。以前设置好的说话键保持原来的用法。
• 粤语里“呃”也有“骗”的意思。现在粤语听写里，语气词规则会保留紧挨着别的汉字的“呃”，比如“佢呃咗我啲钱”。打开“整理文字”时，本地模型仍可能把它删掉。

日本語

Orraが日本語とスペイン語に対応し、この2つの言語での音声入力と翻訳がベータ版として加わり、1回の音声入力が最長5分になりました。

• Orraのメニューとウインドウが日本語とスペイン語にも対応しました。OrraはMacの言語に従って表示されます。別の言語にするには、“設定”＞“一般”の“表示言語”で選びます。スペイン語はラテンアメリカのスペイン語です。README、ユーザガイド、プライバシーのページもこの2つの言語で読めるようになり、アップデートのウインドウにはOrraの表示言語でリリースノートが表示されます。
• “設定”＞“一般”に“音声入力の言語”が加わり、英語のほかに話す言語を選べるようになりました。選択肢は“中文（普通话和粤语）+ English”、“日本語 + English（ベータ版）”、“Español + English（ベータ版）”です。1つの文の中で2つの言語を混ぜて話せます。日本語やスペイン語の文は、音声認識モデルが書いたとおりにペーストされます。これまでは、こうした音声の処理に時間がかかり、中国語や英語に翻訳された文がペーストされることもありました。日本語やスペイン語を選んだ場合、“テキストを整える”と“自分の修正から学習”は、今のところ英語の文にのみ対応しています。日本語やスペイン語は、その言語で音声入力する場合にだけ選んでください。
• 翻訳は英語と音声入力の言語の間で行われます。翻訳キーで、日本語やスペイン語は英語に、英語は音声入力の言語に翻訳されます。“翻訳先”では“自動”、“英語”、音声入力の言語から選べます。“ライブキャプション”も同じように翻訳され、“翻訳を相手に読み上げる”は日本語とスペイン語の訳文も読み上げます。
• 1回の音声入力が最長5分（これまでは1分）になり、最後の15秒間はインジケータがカウントダウンします。1分を超える録音は、話が途切れたところで区切って文字起こしされ、M5 Proでは話した1分あたり約2秒かかり、中国語で用語集を使う場合は最大でその2倍かかります。
• “設定”＞“一般”に“画面上の名前を使用（ベータ版）”が加わりました。初期設定ではオフです。オンにすると、音声入力を開始するたびに、カーソルより前のテキストとウインドウのタイトルから名前を取り出し、その名前だけを音声認識モデルに渡して、画面上の名前が同じ表記で書かれるようにします。テキストそのものがモデルに渡ったり、保存されたりすることはありません。パスワードフィールド、セキュア入力が有効なアプリ、パスワードマネージャの1Password、Bitwarden、KeePassXC、Appleの“パスワード”と“キーチェーンアクセス”は読み取りません。既知のリスクとして、画面上の名前が、話した別の名前と似た発音の場合、Orraが画面上の名前のほうを書いてしまうことがあります。

• 広東語では“呃”は“だます”という意味の動詞でもあります。広東語の音声入力では、ほかの漢字のすぐ隣にある“呃”をフィラーのルールが残すようになりました（“佢呃咗我啲钱”など）。“テキストを整える”がオンの場合は、ローカルモデルによって削除されることがあります。

Español

Orra ya está en japonés y español, con dictado y traducción en esos idiomas en versión beta, y un dictado ahora puede durar hasta 5 minutos.

• Los menús y las ventanas de Orra ahora también están en japonés y español. Orra sigue el idioma de la Mac, o puedes elegir uno en Idioma de la interfaz, en Configuración > General. El español es el de Latinoamérica. El README, la guía del usuario y la página de privacidad están en los dos idiomas, y la ventana de actualización muestra estas notas en el idioma de la interfaz de Orra.
• Idioma de dictado, en Configuración > General, elige el idioma que hablas además del inglés: 中文（普通话和粤语）+ English, 日本語 + English (Beta) o Español + English (Beta). Puedes mezclar los dos idiomas en una misma oración. Una oración en japonés o español se pega tal como la escribió el modelo de transcripción. Antes, Orra tardaba más con esas oraciones y a veces las pegaba traducidas al chino o al inglés. Con japonés o español, por ahora Limpiar texto y Aprender de mis correcciones solo funcionan con oraciones en inglés. Elige japonés o español solo si dictas en ese idioma.
• La traducción va entre el inglés y tu idioma de dictado, así que la tecla de traducción traduce el japonés o el español al inglés, y el inglés a tu idioma de dictado. Traducir a ofrece Automático, Inglés y tu idioma de dictado. Subtítulos en vivo traduce de la misma forma, y Leer traducciones a los demás también lee traducciones al japonés y al español.
• Un dictado ahora puede durar hasta 5 minutos en lugar de 1, con una cuenta regresiva en los últimos 15 segundos. Orra transcribe una grabación de más de un minuto en fragmentos cortados en las pausas, lo que tarda unos 2 segundos por minuto de voz en una Mac con M5 Pro, y hasta el doble en chino si usas un vocabulario.
• Usar nombres en pantalla (Beta), en Configuración > General, es nuevo y está desactivado hasta que lo activas. Cuando empiezas un dictado, Orra le da al modelo de transcripción los nombres del texto antes del cursor y del título de la ventana, para que un nombre en pantalla salga escrito igual. El texto en sí nunca llega al modelo ni se guarda. Un riesgo conocido: cuando un nombre en pantalla suena parecido a otro nombre que dices, Orra puede escribir el de la pantalla.
• Interpretación en reuniones tiene su propia página en Configuración, justo debajo de General, con todas las opciones de Subtítulos en vivo y Leer traducciones a los demás. Traducción sigue en General.
• Para un usuario nuevo, la tecla para hablar empieza en Presionar para iniciar y detener, y la ventana de bienvenida ofrece Mantener presionada y Presionar dos veces. Una tecla para hablar que configuraste antes conserva su modo.
• En cantonés, 呃 también es el verbo “engañar”. En un dictado en cantonés, la regla de muletillas ahora conserva un 呃 que va justo al lado de otro carácter chino, como en 佢呃咗我啲钱. Con Limpiar texto activado, el modelo local todavía puede quitarlo.

Orra 0.4.2

Live Captions turn on with one click, and the welcome window stays in the menu after setup.

• Live Captions now sits at the top level of the Orra menu, under the heading Meeting Interpretation, instead of in a submenu. Speak Translations to Others follows it when it shows. It now also shows while it is on after Translation was turned off, so the menu can still turn it off.
• The menu item that opens the welcome window no longer goes away after setup. Once Orra is ready it reads Getting Started… and opens the window with Orra is ready and Try next. Until then it reads Setup Guide…, as before, and so it does for a few seconds after each launch while the speech model loads.
• Stop Speaking while Live Captions run also drops a translation that waits for its turn. Before, the voice model still made that translation later, though nobody heard it, and captions and new dictations waited until it was done. Turning Speak Translations to Others off does the same. Stop Speaking while the voice model loads now also keeps that translation from playing once the model is ready.
• Live Captions do less work while someone talks for a long time without a pause.

• 开着实时字幕时点按“停止朗读”，排队等着朗读的译文也会一起丢掉。以前语音合成模型之后仍会把这段译文生成出来，虽然没人听到，字幕和新的听写却都要等它做完。关掉“为对方朗读译文”时也一样。语音合成模型还在载入时点按“停止朗读”，模型载入后也不会再读这段译文。
• 有人长时间不停顿地说话时，实时字幕的计算量更小。

Orra 0.4.1

Dictations keep their first words, and 嗯哼 keeps its 嗯.

• With Speak Translations to Others on, Orra could stop at launch with the speech model stuck at Loading. The speech, cleanup and voice models could get in each other's way when they ran at the same moment. The voice model now runs on its own, at launch and while a translation is spoken.
• Orra plays its start sound once the microphone delivers sound, so everything you say after the sound is recorded. Before, the sound could come while the microphone was still starting, and the first word or two could be lost, most often in Chinese. After a second without sound, the start sound plays anyway.
• The translation key, and fn or a right Control, Option or Command key that waits to tell a dictation from a shortcut, now records from the moment you press it. A shortcut, a click or a quick release drops that recording without a sound, so shortcuts and the characters Option types keep working. While you type such a character with the translation key, macOS can show its orange microphone indicator for a moment.
• Orra keeps the microphone you chose ready between dictations instead of setting it up again each time. The orange indicator still shows only while Orra records.
• 嗯 stays in 嗯哼, 嗯呢, 嗯哪 and 嗯呐, so “嗯哼，你说得对。” no longer becomes “哼，你说得对。”. A 嗯 that opens a sentence as a filler is still removed.
• Orra's log notes how long the microphone took to start for each dictation, in numbers only. Report a Problem includes it, which helps find slow microphones.

听写开头的字不会再丢，“嗯哼”里的“嗯”也会保留。

• 打开“为对方朗读译文”后，Orra 启动时可能卡住，语音模型一直显示“正在载入…”。原因是语音识别、整理和语音合成三个模型同时运行时可能互相卡住。现在语音合成模型会单独运行，启动时和朗读译文时都一样。
• 麦克风开始传来声音时，Orra 才播放开始提示音，提示音之后说的话都会录下来。以前提示音可能在麦克风还没准备好时就响了，开头的一两个字可能丢失，中文更常见。如果一秒内都没有声音，提示音也会照常播放。
• 翻译键，以及为了区分听写和快捷键而稍等一下的 fn 或右侧 Control、Option、Command 键，现在从按下的那一刻就开始录音。如果其实是快捷键、点按鼠标或很快松开，这段录音会被直接丢弃，不发出声音，所以快捷键和用 Option 打出的字符都照常可用。用翻译键打这类字符时，菜单栏里的橙色麦克风标志可能会闪一下。
• Orra 会让你选的麦克风在两次听写之间保持就绪，不再每次重新设置。橙色麦克风标志仍然只在 Orra 录音时出现。
• “嗯哼”“嗯呢”“嗯哪”“嗯呐”里的“嗯”会保留，“嗯哼，你说得对。”不会再变成“哼，你说得对。”。句首当作语气词的“嗯”仍会删掉。
• Orra 的日志会记下每次听写时麦克风启动用了多久，只有数字。“报告问题”会带上它，方便找出启动慢的麦克风。

Orra 0.4.0

Meeting Interpretation for meetings across languages, a guide in the welcome window, and a second talk key.

• Meeting Interpretation is new in Settings, General and in the Orra menu. Live Captions shows what the Mac plays, such as a call, as translated captions in a floating window. The first words show about a second after someone starts talking, and the translation follows when the sentence ends. Captions show picks the translation only, or the original and the translation.
• Live Captions listens to the sound the Mac plays, never the microphone. macOS asks once to allow Orra under Screen & System Audio Recording. Live Captions is off at every launch, and captions stay in memory only. It translates with the same local model as the translation key, and shows what was said until that model is on your Mac. While you dictate, captions wait and catch up after.
• Speak Translations to Others needs Translation on. With both on, Orra also speaks what the translation key translated, with a voice model on your Mac (Qwen3-TTS, a 1.99 GB download), into an output device. Choose Orra Microphone as the microphone in the call app, and the other side hears your words in their language. By default the translated text is pasted too. Stop Speaking in the menu stops it.
• To have it speak in your voice, click Record… next to Voice sample and read a short script aloud, about 10 seconds. With a voice sample, each sentence is checked before it plays, so it starts a moment later. Orra keeps the sample in memory until it quits. Remember my voice, off until you turn it on, saves the sample's audio, never the words, on this Mac until you remove it. Use only your own voice, and tell the other side they hear a synthesized voice.
• Orra Microphone is a separate audio driver, not part of Orra.dmg. Download OrraMicrophone.pkg, signed and notarized, and open it to install. Installer asks for an administrator password, and every app's sound stops for a moment while it installs. Drivers/OrraMicrophone explains how to remove it or build it yourself. Without it, pick another device under Speak into, such as a loopback device a call app can use as its microphone. Orra never speaks into the speakers on its own.
• The welcome window has a small guide that says what to do next. For a new user on a Mac with 16 GB of memory or more, Download Models (5.52 GB) fetches the speech model and then the cleanup model behind one bar, and turns cleanup on. You can dictate as soon as the speech model is in place. On a smaller Mac it downloads the speech model only. A cleanup choice you saved never changes.
• When the welcome window opens System Settings for a permission, a small card beside it shows where to turn Orra on. Once Orra is ready, Try next suggests cleanup, translation and Meeting Interpretation.
• Second key, under Keys in Settings, adds one more single key that works like the talk key, such as right Control as well as fn. That helps with external keyboards that never send fn. With fn as the talk key, Orra offers it once when an external keyboard is connected.
• A translation is no longer held back when you say a number digit by digit, such as the year 二零零二年 or a phone number, or say 零 inside a number, such as 两千零二 for 2002.

跨语言开会可以用“会议同传”了，欢迎窗口里有了小向导，还可以再加一个说话键。

• 想让它用你的音色说话，可以点按“声音样本”旁的“录音…”，读出一段约 10 秒的短文。用声音样本时，每句话播放前都会先核对，所以会稍晚开始。样本只保存在内存中，退出 Orra 即清除。打开“记住我的音色”（默认关闭）后，Orra 会把样本的音频保存在这台 Mac 上，直到你移除，从不保存样本里说的话。请只用你自己的声音，并告诉对方他们听到的是合成的声音。
• Orra Microphone 是一个单独的音频驱动，不在 Orra.dmg 里。下载已签名并经过公证的 OrraMicrophone.pkg，打开即可安装。安装器会要求输入管理员密码，安装时所有 App 的声音会中断片刻。Drivers/OrraMicrophone（英文）说明了如何移除它，或者自己构建。没有它时，可以在“输出到”里选别的设备，比如通话 App 能当作麦克风使用的回环设备。Orra 从不会自己把声音送到扬声器。

More ways to press the talk and translation keys.

• Each key now has a mode under Keys in Settings: Hold, as before, Press to start and stop, or Double press. Hold stays the default, so nothing changes until you pick another mode.
• Either key can also be a combination, such as Control and Option held together, or Shift Command D. The D of a combination never reaches the app in front, and D alone types as usual.
• Shortcuts that macOS or most apps use, such as Command C, Command V, Command Tab and Control Space, can't be chosen, so copy, paste and switching input sources keep working.
• Your saved keys and Double press for hands free stay as they were.

Faster cleanup, and numbers in digits when you have a vocabulary.

• With Clean Up Text on, a dictation with no filler and no spoken correction is pasted at once, without waiting for the model.
• When the model does run, it copies most of its output from your own words, so long texts are cleaned up about three times faster. The result is the same as before.
• With words in your vocabulary, numbers spoken in Chinese, such as years, amounts and percentages, are written as digits again, as they are without a vocabulary. Your vocabulary words are still written your way. With Write numbers as digits off, nothing changes.

Orra 0.3.0

Clean up your dictations and translate them with a local model, and find every setting on one General page.

• Clean Up Text, off by default, runs a local model (Qwen3.5 4B, a 3.05 GB download) after the filler and number rules. It removes the fillers the rules leave and applies spoken self corrections such as "Monday, I mean Tuesday", and keeps words that carry meaning. Paste Original Text in the menu brings back the text from before the cleanup.
• Translation: hold the translation key, right Option unless you pick another, and Orra pastes what you said in English or Chinese. It uses the same model on your Mac. Translate into picks automatic, English or Chinese.
• The cleanup model leaves memory after 15 minutes without a dictation and loads again when you press the key.
• Settings has a sidebar with General, Vocabulary and About. General holds the keys, the features, dictation, the microphone and the system settings, and About shows the version and the updates.
• Words you taught Orra by correcting them are now written your way even when the speech model mishears them again.
• A transcript that comes out in a third language, such as Swedish for Mandarin, is transcribed again in Chinese or English.

• 设置改成侧边栏，有“通用”“个人词库”“关于”三页。“通用”里有按键、功能、听写、麦克风和系统设置，“关于”里显示版本和更新。
• 你改正过的词，语音模型再次听错时，Orra 也会写成你的写法。
• 如果转写结果变成了第三种语言，比如把普通话写成瑞典语，Orra 会用中文或英文再转写一次。

Pick your language in the welcome window, and Orra learns words you join.

• The welcome window now starts with a language choice. It switches to English or Simplified Chinese at once, and Settings can change it later.
• Learning from corrections now learns a fix that only takes out or puts in a space, such as read me to readme or Qwen 3 to Qwen3.
