4.2 Explainer Video Explanation

We have created an explainer video to support the project. The intention is to present the project itself along with the intended context of use and an outline of the interactions.

We elected to produce this video as an explainer video rather than a 'kickstarter' video as our intention is purely to communicate the purpose of Local News and the functionality that has been developed so that we can obtain feedback to support further development. At this point in time, it is not out intention to raise funds for the development of Local News as a product.
