Alcohol Tracker

How it works:

• In the bullet list named Reflections, where we write the summary of our day (outside of work), we may add any alcohol emoji to a bullet point.
• The Alcohol Tab will read through Reflections from beginning to end and give a visual map of the alcohol consumed.

Note

The following emojis are the alcohol-related emojis that the tab will look for: 🍺🍻🥂🍷🥃🍸🍹🍾🍶 Use them as your own point of reference. You might want to have the "two beers"-emoji symbolize having consumed or shared a pitcher... Some might want to keep tabs of small servings of sparkling wine at dinners...others might want to use other emojis to indicate a bottle consumed. I don't drink Sake but I do drink Mead and port wine, so I use the Sake-emoji (🍶) for that! Everyone is different. Use what works best for you.
