What is a "Label"

A label is a datapoint used in a bullet-point inside of a journal entry.

You create a Label in your Reflections like so:

* Today I ate eight waffles again... I know I should stop but I just can't. `🧇: 8`

This will create the Label 🧇, any time it appears in your journal again will add to the total count that the Label has and when clicked you will get a chronological rundown of its existence.
