Automatic Weekday Update

How it works:

• When looking at the journal-template in our TEMPLATES-folder. We can see that they all come with {WEEKDAY}
• If you use something like the Calendar-plugin or if you have a shortcommand to create a new Daily note, however you have it set up, Habsiad now responds to the event of a new Daily note having been create.
• It reads the YYYY-MM-DD date from the name of the file, then does a JS date call and replaces {WEEKDAY} with the actual day of said date.
• This can also be invoked in Command Palette if desired.
