Powerline

TODO: I really need to replace this with AIRLINE!

Powerline is a plugin for Vim used to show a list of open buffers and other useful information espeically if a file is part of a Github project. It is often used in conjunction with other Vim plugins and espeically the SPF13-Vim plugin suite.
