6. Saved data
The saved .mat file contains the following variables:
calibrationObj: object stores the calibration information
Ch1DataObj: object contains the decon result for channel 1
Ch1DataObj: object contains the decon result for channel 2
Ch1DataObj: object contains the decon result for channel 3
dataInfoObj: object contains the information (path, filename) of data
EOP_H1G&EOP_H1S: extended phasor result
SP_G&SP_S: spectral phasor result
ChannelDataAPD objects contain all the results of Laguerre, multiexponential deconvolution, and phasor result as shown below:
The result for the multi-exponential result is stored inside the channelDataAPD object under the name expDeconObj:
The traditional phasor is saved inside each channelDataAPD object.
