Rice with vermicelli recipe
- washed rice
- vermicelli
- 1 spoon of ghee
- salt
- hot water that covers the rice well in the pot
Fry the rice and the vermicelli well using the ghee on medium heat level till the rice become dark yellow a bit before adding the hot water.
You have to cook it using low heat level till it becomes well cooked.
