Release notes

Added FW_VERSION tracking system with version-history comments. First release where dongle versions are first-class — FW_VERSION is reported up to the host in the per-second status JSON so the daemon and UI can verify what's actually running.

No functional changes from v1 beyond the version-stamping infrastructure.

Upgrade notes

• No wire-protocol changes.
• Listed primarily for completeness — recommend going straight to a recent version unless you have a reason to stay back.
