Release notes

RF spectrum scan.

• scan [passes [chStart chEnd]] serial command runs an RPD-based congestion sweep and emits a single {"type":"scan_result", ...} line that the host parses and persists.
• Per-second status JSON now includes ch (current rfChannel) so the UI can show the active frequency without a separate query.

Upgrade notes

• No wire-protocol break.
• The host's scan_radio daemon command (and the Settings → RF UI) requires this dongle FW to function.
