Relax receiver disconnect tolerance.
- Minimum disconnect threshold increased from 5 s → 8 s.
- Adaptive threshold increased from 5× → 6× observed poll gap.
- Maximum threshold increased from 60 s → 90 s.
This is a tuning-only change on top of v12's adaptive disconnect detection — large fleets being polled slowly now tolerate more single-poll misses before the receiver flags itself disconnected.
- No wire-protocol changes. Drop-in.
- OTA available if v15+ is already on the board (it isn't on v13). Wired only via Flashing a receiver.
