Incident Locator
The incident overview lets you see the number of incidents in your city and in what area they are. The blue digit on the icon tells you how many are available. Without a number all incidents where picked up already.
Clicking on the icon will give you a list of the available incidents and for how long they will be available. Possible locations are: forest, roads, water or shore.
In the settings you can select, if ou want to include the relics of the GE expedition:
