✨ In this update

• HWID device reporting - new off-by-default Send HWID toggle (with consent dialog) implements the Remnawave HWID Device Limit client protocol (x-hwid, x-device-os, x-ver-os, x-device-model headers) on subscription fetches. A Reset HWID action regenerates the locally persisted device identifier (#8).
• Routing from mihomo/clash-meta subscriptions - RAW subscription refresh now best-effort translates proxy-groups and rules (DOMAIN/DOMAIN-SUFFIX/DOMAIN-KEYWORD/IP-CIDR/DST-PORT/MATCH, inline rule-providers, Remnawave's include-proxies extension) into native routing rules, tagged and replaced on every refresh. Not a full clash rule engine - anything without a native equivalent is surfaced as a disabled warning rule rather than silently dropped (#6).
• olcrtc updated - vendored olcrtc bumped to the latest refactor/global-overhaul (48cae636).
