Copy the ISO to a USB Stick
This is straightforward on a Linux box... assuming that the USB is /dev/sdb
$ sudo sfdisk --delete /dev/sdb
$ sudo dd if=/path/to/my/RHEL9_DVD.iso of=/dev/sdb bs=1M status=progress
Wait for this to finish and then safely eject the USB drive and plug it into your Pi4
Continue to boot your Pi4 and install RHEL 9!
