The OpenEmbedded Layer meta-ros features

  • a general cross-compilation tool chain for catkin packages,
  • over 200 ROS packages, including all ros-base packages, ros-control, ros-controller, navigation and many more,
  • and recipes for roscpp_tutorials and common_tutorials as examples for your own tool chain.

All provided packages, except the ar_track_alvar and diagnostics packages, are the latest Hydro release versions, as defined in the hydro/distribution.yaml file [1] at commit 889e1f8c.
