LLM is a very powerful tool!
Humans are the bottleneck. Once humans are tired of reading walls of text, we just block whoever throws too much LLM content at us - well, unless those tickets are amazing.
When in doubt, go Support route before creating an LLM-generated ticket.
Separation of problem statement and analysis is required. LLM forensics, Source-level findings are prohibited in ticket description - those belong in comments.
I might end up referencing https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inverted_pyramid_(journalism) and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BLUF_(communication) in CLAUDE.md
https://xyproblem.info/ is another great link.
