Get Vendors List

Fetch the vendors of a multi-vendor marketplace shop. You can filter, search and format the results with the query parameters below. Use the vendor IDs from this list when you assign vendors to products with Vendor Product Add.

GET https://api.selldone.com/shops/{shop_id}/vendors

JavaScript SDK equivalent:

Essential query parameters

Parameter	Type	Description
offset	integer	Pagination offset (default: 0).
limit	integer	Max vendors to return (default: 10, max: 200).
sortBy	string	Sort by column (default: created_at).
sortDesc	boolean	Sort descending if true, ascending if false.

Filtering and search parameters

Parameter	Type	Description
search	string	Search by name, description, address, phone, bank info or linked user info.
active_only	boolean	Return only active (enable=true) vendors.
with_trashed	boolean	Include soft-deleted (trashed) vendors.
updated_at	integer	Load vendors updated after this UNIX timestamp.
contain	integer	Ensure a specific vendor ID is included in the result.
compact	boolean	Load only basic info (used in UI dropdowns and for performance).

Response

Field	Description
vendors	Array of vendor objects (Vendor model in Selldone Core).
total	Total number of matching vendors.

Access requirements

Your token needs the backoffice:shop:read scope. The user behind the token needs access to the shop's Marketplace permission region. In compact mode, access to the Products region (for example, to assign vendors to products) is also sufficient.
