Vendor Products List

Manage vendor-specific product offerings in multi-vendor shops. In a marketplace, each vendor that sells a product has its own vendor product (an offer) with its own price, quantity, variant and lead time. This page shows how to list those offers; the related pages show how to add, update and delete them.

Get vendor products list

Retrieve a paginated list of the vendor offers for a specific product in your marketplace.

GET /shops/{shop_id}/products/{product_id}/vendors

Parameters

offset	number	No	Starting index for pagination (default: 0).
limit	number	No	Number of records to return (max: 200).
sortBy	string	No	Field to sort by (default: created_at).
sortDesc	boolean	No	Sort descending if true (default: true).
search	string	No	Search vendors by name, description and similar fields.
vendor_id	number	No	Filter results to a specific vendor.

Access requirements

Your token needs the backoffice:product:read scope.

Update a vendor offer

To change the price, availability or other data of one vendor's offer, use PUT /shops/{shop_id}/products/{product_id}/vendors/{vendor_product_id}. The body parameters, pricing rules and errors are documented on Vendor Product Update.

Tips

• Use these APIs to manage inventory and pricing per vendor in marketplaces.
• These endpoints are for the marketplace owner. Vendors manage their own products from a vendor panel built with the Vendor SDK, or ask the shop owner to update their offer.
• Always check whether variant_id is required (the product has variants) before assigning a product to a vendor.
• The global Edit Product endpoint does not change vendor-specific price, stock or lead time.
