Each participant automatically gets 500 Goodwill (or GW for short) just for signing up.

Successful Blueprints

Those who successfully submit blueprints that are accepted get 5,000 Goodwill for each blueprint.

The Grand Prize

The producer of the most blueprints gets an additional 5,000 GW for each blueprint accepted. They also become an Ambassador, which gives them the ability to judge future hackathons, and shell out Goodwill to the community. They can make it rain.
