Interface and Advancements
Open Visuals → Interface & Text → Customise GUI Elements. Each group chooses Matcha or Vanilla artwork independently. Finish with the main Save Changes button.

| Buttons, Sliders & Scrollbars | Shared controls and supplied title/navigation artwork throughout the interface; includes Companion-provided JEI button styling | Normal controls and JEI's own normal button artwork |
These choices change artwork, not the underlying crafting/trading rules or recipes. The Widgets group covers shared controls used across many screens, so its effect is broader than a single inventory panel.
With All Matcha Visuals, menu artwork is enabled before a world opens. A supported official Matcha mod selects the matching presentation profile; otherwise the latest supported resource profile for the running Minecraft version is used. Entering a recognised world switches to its matching profile. Disabling Widgets still respects your Vanilla menu/control choice.
Press L, Minecraft's existing Advancements shortcut. You can change it under Options → Controls → Key Binds; the Companion does not introduce a second conflicting shortcut.
The window adapts to the GUI size and can use up to 88% of its width, while keeping space around the window, tabs and Done button. The tree viewport, clipping, hover area and frame resize together. Text and icons retain normal GUI scale, so the extra space reveals more of the tree instead of simply enlarging every icon.
Pan/scroll and hover advancement nodes as normal to inspect requirements and progress. Matcha's gameplay datapack provides the actual advancement tree and unlock rules. The Companion changes the space available for viewing it.
The Advancements artwork toggle changes Matcha/Vanilla styling; it is not a separate enable/disable switch for the larger window. Selecting Vanilla visuals still allows the larger layout.
A user-selected resource pack can override these textures. If one screen ignores the selected style, inspect higher-priority resource packs and other interface mods. Mods replacing the entire advancement screen may also replace the vanilla screen that the Companion enlarges.
