The desktop app is under tauri/, the VS Code extension under extension/, and the primary website/documentation under next/. Release notes and machine validation evidence live under release/. docs/ is untracked.

Keep changes in focused commits. Verify platform code on native GitHub runners, test the extracted packages, and preserve account IDs/data across upgrades. Generate package names from manifests.

Stable releases are published only after the final candidate has passed required build, installer, and isolation checks. Report actual evidence and limitations rather than treating compilation as functional validation.
