Settings export and import

Settings → Export settings downloads one JSON file with every setting, ping category, event, alert template, role message and party finder list, channel and role IDs included. It never contains the admin password or any token. Settings → Preview import shows every change before anything is applied.

Import merges: rows are matched by name, and anything missing from the file is left alone. A short file that only sets IDs is enough:

nyerk-settings*.json is git-ignored, so you can keep your own copy next to the repo without committing it.
