What members see and do in each channel.
Timer channel
- The dashboard (always the newest message) shows resets, maintenance, upcoming events and world boss timers, in each reader's own time zone.
- Killed a world boss? Click its "… died" button. Custom time reports a kill from earlier, or the time left on a respawn.
-
/nyerk worldbossdoes the same from the keyboard;/nyerk mytimers,/nyerk editand/nyerk cancelmanage your own timers. Reporting a boss you already reported replaces your timer; if someone else reported it, Nyerk asks before overriding theirs.
Roles channel (top to bottom)
- Classes: pick every class you play; click again to remove one.
- Gear score: one choice; pick another to change it.
- Event pings and Dungeon pings: react with the number to get that role; remove the reaction to drop it.
- Ping settings: My roles (a private overview), Quiet hours (pause dungeon pings every day during hours you choose), Remove all my ping roles.
Party finder channel
- Register to say you're free for certain dungeons for a while; Nyerk pings you when a matching party opens, and you can join from the ping.
- Create party for 5 or 20 players (open to any class, a standard 1 tank / 1 support / 3 DPS, or a custom makeup). Members join with one click; the leader can kick, extend or close it, and gets a hidden note when someone joins or leaves, as long as they clicked something in the channel in the last 15 minutes (Discord's limit for hidden messages). Nyerk never sends DMs. Full parties move to the Party status message.
- Shared party finders: if your server shares its party finder with another server, its parties and sign-ups show here too, with each member's server in brackets ("Kai [Beta]"). You still pick classes and get pinged with your own server's roles, in your own server.
- Chat in the channel to plan runs. Messages are deleted after 15 minutes, and the Party status message says so. Admins change the time (or turn it off) on the web page under Party finder → Member chat; pinned messages stay.
Web page (with public access): My page lets members do all of the above from a browser after signing in with Discord.
Privacy requests: an admin can erase everything Nyerk keeps about a member on Members → (member) → Forget this member, optionally also removing the roles Nyerk manages from them in Discord. See the web page's /privacy for what's kept.
